Refund and Returns Policy

At Caravan Gas Shop, we accept returns for incorrect items, warranty issues, and change of mind; so you can trust in both our products and our after-sales service.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and where possible in its original packaging.

 

1. Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Item Supplied.

If we make an error, we will rectify it. If we send you the wrong item or our photo/description is incorrect, we will replace the item with the correct one or provide a refund. If the item is faulty or damaged, we will either replace it or refund your money. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery and before installation. (Please note: Whilst we make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and photos, changes in product features and specifications may occur without prior notice.)

2. Warranty Issues.

The warranty period for appliance spare parts is typically displayed on the product itself, but as a general rule, it is three months from the date of purchase. If you encounter any warranty issues within this period, please click the Contact Us button below. You are responsible for postage when returning the item to The Caravan Gas Shop, but we will cover the cost of postage back to you.

Exceptions:
– Free return postage to a customer is limited to 3 months from purchase for appliance spare parts
– If no manufacturing fault is found, you must pay the freight to have the item returned to you.

3. Change of Mind.

We accept Change of Mind returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is in original condition and with any special packaging (may have been opened). Upon return you will receive a store credit for 100% of the product’s price, this will automatically be applied to any future orders. 

Exceptions:
– Electronic components, unless in original sealed packaging.
– Items that were not held in stock and were specially ordered for you.
– Items that have been installed, modified or used.
– If free freight was included in a product’s price, then the true freight cost will be deducted from the refund.
– Restocking fees may be applied for damaged packaging, inspection and testing of appliances or items with   
  multiple components.

4. Returns Procedure.

If you wish to return an item, simply click the “Contact Us” button above to initiate the return process. We will get back to you within two business days of receiving your request and provide you with detailed instructions. 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of the status of your refund, whether it is approved or rejected. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

  • Please note that clearance items are non-refundable.
